This afternoon we take on the Dresden Dorados in Dresden. No pre-swim this evening, all the coaches will be at the meet. 

Arrive no later than 4:40, we will warm up at 5 and the meet begins at 5:30 

Timers meeting is at 5:10, officials meeting is at 5 pm. 

HYDRATE TODAY! Please bring plenty of water. Take care of each other- help all our swimmers. No kids going to the bathroom alone! Stay inside the fence ( not on the playground). This is our first away meet. If you are an experienced parent, look out for the newer parents, and extend a hand of help.

PARKING. Team parking is available in the Swim Center parking lot. Additional parking is available on either side of the venue in the lots at Dresden Elementary and Tri-Valley Middle School.

VOLUNTEERS. We appreciate all of our volunteers. If you have not volunteered yet-  PLEASE step up. We need 2 second-half bullpen helpers, one official for the first half and one official for the second half.

OTHER DETAILS.

For safety reasons, only the competition course is open to meet participants. All other areas of the pool, including the diving well, shallow splash area and wading pool are CLOSED during the meet. Please ask your teams to help us support this pool policy. Locker rooms and showers are available. Team camping and spectator seating is available in the park area surrounding the pool. Feel free to bring tents and chairs. For the safety of our swimmers, photography is NOT permitted from behind the blocks and in the locker rooms. Concessions available onsite including a Special Meet Menu! Heat sheets and athlete entry lists will be emailed to teams on Wednesday morning. Spectator heat sheets will also be available for $2 at the concession stand. Upon conclusion of the meet, all teams must clean up their area and remove all trash. Due to facility policy, stormy weather with lightning in the area will cause a meet delay. AFTER THE MEET, STOP FOR A TREAT! We invite all our visiting teams to support our GOLD Team Sponsor 1340 Café & Sweet Shop for soft serve & hand dipped ice cream, milkshakes and more after the meet. The 1340 Café is in front of the Dresden Swim Center on Main Street. They are planning to stay open until 10pm on meet nights.There is a snack shop and a walk-up restaurant at the front of the pool parking area. Feel free to pack your own snacks and food.
