How to Sign Your Swimmer Up for a Meet:

ON A DESKTOP: Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of this page and is the same information you used when you registered for swim team. If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset it.

Under the "Meets" tab, select "Meet Signup Calendar" or click HERE.

• Click the green MEET ENTRY tab for a particular meet, and then click the green Edit tab under your athlete's name.
• For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.
  • (undeclared)
  • Attending
  • Not Attending

• Specify your swimmer's availability for relays from the drop down options (if offered).
• Click Save to record your choices.

ON THE APP: 

• Make sure you're logged into your Swimtopia account on the app. 
• Under "Upcoming", tap the meet you want to sign up for. You should then see the names of your swimmer(s) listed under "Attendance." 
• Tap the MEET SIGNUP button. It will take you automatically to our team website.
• For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names (do not leave them undeclared for any meet):
  • Attending
  • Not Attending
• Tap on Save to record your choices. Repeat this process for any additional swimmers on your account.

How to Sign Up to Volunteer at a Meet:

ON A DESKTOP: Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of this page and is the same information you used when you registered for swim team. If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset it.

Under the "Meets" tab, select "Meet Signup Calendar" or click HERE.

• Click the green JOB SIGNUP tab for a particular meet and sign up for volunteer shifts--it's easy and fun! **Note: one parent may sign up both parents for jobs. Just scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed.
• Click Save Assignments.

ON THE APP: 

• Make sure you are logged into your Swimtopia account on the app. 
• Under "Upcoming", tap the meet you want to sign up for. Then tap the JOB SIGNUP button at the bottom of the page under "Work Shifts." 
• This will take you automatically to our team website, where you can sign up the adults on your account for any of the volunteer shifts listed. *You don't need to sign up every adult for every meet, but at least one adult from each account should volunteer every season.* 
• Most volunteer positions are for either the 1st or 2nd half of the meet. Please note which shift you've signed up for and plan accordingly.
• Tap on Save Assignments to confirm your availability.
