Greetings (former) Piranha families,

We're excited to announce the inaugural summer swim season of the GRANVILLE BLUE WAVES! Thank you to all those who submitted votes for our new team name, and we hope you're as pumped as we are to get things going. That being said, this season will look a little different. More information will be on our registration page, but here are a few of the most pertinent details:

• Practices will be held from 8-10am at Heath City Water Park (no evening practices)
• All meets this season will be AWAY meets
• Registration fee is $275 (for Granville residents and non-residents) and will include a swim cap, banquet and TCAL fees, and all fees associated with using the Heath City Water Park - hence no membership requirement

Now, what you've all been waiting for: Registration begins tomorrow, April 1st! Head to our new website, GranvilleBlueWaves.swimtopia.com to register your swimmer(s) and volunteer to help us make this the best season yet. Then you'll go to GranvilleRec.org and click on "Swimming" to register with GRD and make your payment. YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED FOR SWIM TEAM UNTIL YOU COMPLETE BOTH REGISTRATIONS. Thanks in advance for your help with this new process!

Last but not least, our team suit fitting will be held next Wednesday, April 9th from 5:30-7:00pm at Granville Middle School. Swimville will also offer silicone caps and other merchandise for purchase at that time. Hope to see you there, and we can't wait to swim fast and have all kinds of new fun with you this summer!
